Return and Refund policy

We assure you that products sold on Sahaj.org are new and genuine made by our artisan and pass through strict quality control checking. It is unlikely that any product you purchased from us is not sent to you is damaged or defective. You will receive it in good condition, if you found it damaged or defective customers may exchange the product unused, and in the same condition as received by them, in its original packing, along with tags. It will be necessary to provide all financial transaction details, along with bills/invoice provided.  Please send Picture of the same via email communication.

You can resolve it by Return, Exchange or Refund.

If the products are ‘Damaged’ or ‘Defective’ conditions or not as customer ordered, customers request a replacement at no extra cost.

The customer needs to intimate sahaj.org within 7 days of receipt of goods about the reason for seeking refund.

Replacement is subject to availability of stock.  If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund. Without any question ask.  You may however, look at existing stock and order a replacement for the same subject to the same or lower price.

Procedure for return of Products

Please contact Sahaj either on phone or through e mail and provide the order id details. Alternatively, you can click on the return order (/pages/return-order) link in the site and fill the requested details.

Customer support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process.

Please assure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice with the product.

We will not charge extra for returns and all replacement/pickups are done free of cost. We provide replacement across categories in case of damaged item. In case of Refund, the entire amount paid by you including shipping is transferred to your account. The time taken will be governed by our policies of our payment partner.

Customer support will inform about the pickup process. While we picks up originally delivered item from the customer locations, there are certain areas where pickup cannot be arranged. In such case, you can ship the product through any other courier. You will be reimbursed the shipping charges against the original receipt.

Replacement is subject to availability of stock. In case the replacement is not available, we will refund the amount for the same.

Made to order/custom products, orders contain products sold under SALE will we would not be accept any return/exchange/replacement. These products are final sale only.

Shipping Policy

After confirmation of order from our customer support team, products are courier with in eight to ten business working days.

Information regarding tracking number will be communicated to the customer after the products are dispatched.

Delivery charges will be varying depending on the value of the shopping done. We charge a sum of Rs.100/- for each order below or equal to rs.4999/-. There is no  shipping charge for order having value above Rs.5000/-

Custom duty charges  if any  in your country, will be borne by the customer.

We are closed on Saturday Sunday and Public Holidays.

User

The customer is liable for any erroers due to incorrect ordering of procducts. If an incorrect image or text uploaded by the customer, Sahaj will not responsible for replacing or correcting the order.

We reserve the right to refuse an order without disclosing a reson.

The user must be of legal age to use our site.
